Canfield Casino Wedding Ceremonies

There are many possibilities for on-site wedding ceremonies - Congress Park provides the perfect setting for your ceremony and has several options - including; War Memorial, Spit and Spat as well as by the pond or an array of possibilities on the beautifully manicured lawn. The Carousel provides a festive photo opportunity as well.

Canfield Casino Receptions

As the guests enter, Classé Catering design centre offers an elegant candle treatment to the entrance stairs. When guests enter the Parlor, they are greeted. “Many of my brides like to have a signature cocktail greeting as their guests enter for their wedding at the Canfield Casino” says, Brian Palazzolo of Classé Catering. The Parlor boasts an amazing old-fashioned bar, over 3000 square feet of space for cocktail hour mingling and antique furnishings that really exude the character of this memorable space. From a design perspective an elegant candle treatment can be done on the bar as well - the lighting dims beautifully to create a very romantic atmosphere throughout the entire space. The Parlor is the perfect cocktail hour space and can double as a ceremony location for inclement weather. Ceremonies are turned around for cocktail hour in approximately 4 to 6 minutes. Services touches are incorporated to make it a seamless and exceptionally memorable experience for your guests. If you plan to have traditional formalities, Classé Catering’s on-site Maitre D’ will open the double doors, your guests will be escorted to their seats by white gloved service professionals and our Maitre D’ will assist in lining up the bridal party of the introduction. It creates a stunning experience for your guests as they enter (see picture).

The Canfield Casino Ballroom

This mesmerizing space sets the tone for the affair you want to have - from a Classic Canfield Casino Wedding to something completely modern, Classé Catering has designed numerous styles of receptions there and always personalizes the look and feel of the reception to their personality and wishes of their clients. “We have transformed the Ballroom at the Canfield Casino in many ways - I love to work with Brides to make their visions become a reality.” says Brian Palazzolo, President of Classé Catering, ltd, “We love working there - the space is very simple for us to execute a world-class level of food and service because of the outstanding kitchen facilities and proximity to the ballroom. On average it takes us about 9 to 12 minutes to successfully serve a main course seated dinner for 150 to 200+ guests.”

Design Treatments to the Canfield Casino Ballroom

Stage treatments are popular with sateen material and illuminated trees. Additional trees throughout the perimeters of the ballroom accent well - candle treatments to the tables, and sills really give the ballroom and intimate feel. Table design can be done in many variations - Classé Catering offers hundreds of table linen options and table top décor as well. (some ideas pictured). The lighting is beautiful with the Stained glass lit and only the wall sconces dimmed low - the atmosphere is incredible for dinner and dancing. For Galas and other Special Events, the Canfield Casino can be transformed into a mega-venue for elaborate cocktail parties and accommodate 500 guests comfortably. “For one of our signature fund raisers, we have to turn the entire blueprint of the Canfield Casino into a design that flows smoothly and meets the objectives of our clients.
