With a Hospitality degree from SCCC, Brian began his entrepreneurial venture with Classé Catering in 1995.  With an unparalleled dedication to growing the company and a vision of greatness, Brian began to eat, sleep, and breathe the industry. With his passion-driven leadership Classé Catering received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award from the Small Business Council, the Small Business Excellence award from the SBA and has been chosen as the “greatest place to work” by the Business Review.  Brian is a certified Master of Service, former design instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, and is the Director of Service Training / Image Consultant for catersource and catersource magazine.  As president of Classé Catering, Brian has literally successfully planned and produced thousands of special events and weddings.  Also notable; Brian has been recognized in 2007 by the Business Review as one of the most influential business leaders under 40 in the Capital Region and he serves on the advisory board to the Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management Program at Schenectady County Community College.
