Executive Chef, Jeremy Kane

Chef Jeremy Kane began his culinary career at the young age of 13. His love of cooking began in his grandmother’s kitchen. With a true passion for the Culinary Arts, Jeremy has dedicated over 20 years to his professional development. He is classically French trained and has worked in world-class establishments nationally. Jeremy has won American Culinary Federation competitions including an unprecedented 3 grand award victories at the prestigious Culinary Cornucopia. Chef Kane took the reins as Executive Chef of renowned caterer, Classé Catering in 2008. Since, Jeremy has built and cultivated a dynamic team of highly skilled, culinary professionals. Under his leadership and mentoring, the Classé Catering culinary team has become the leader for creativity, innovation and professionalism in the Capital Region.
