The first step begins with a complimentary consultation with one of our courteous and professional event planners. As we get a feel for your taste and style, we will give you insight on trends, logistics and what has made so many prior weddings successful. In the initial get-together we start to generate a flow for the reception, sometimes traditional and now more frequently non-traditional. This allows us to prepare a customized proposal, which will include a breakdown of all of the charges we would implement to produce the reception. A specific menu does not have to be decided on right away, we can build it together as we go. The proposal at least gives you an idea of what our prices are like. This is usually very helpful in determining if we are the right caterer for you.

You will be guided through the decision making with our experts leading the way. We will help you decide on the style, theme and flow of the event and serve as your guide in creating a menu, developing a floor plan, deciding on the aesthetics with linen and décor. We also offer additional planning services such as: vendor coordination, event design, and budget maintenance. Ask your Event Planner for more information on our extended planning services.
